Focused on leadership theory, ethics, and research design. Courses such as Ethical Leadership, Communicating Change, and Executive Leadership strengthened design thinking in organizational and educational contexts. These experiences enhanced strategic decision-making, collaboration, and innovation across diverse environments.
M.S., Human–Computer Interaction — DePaul University
Built a strong foundation in usability, interaction design, and user research. Coursework in User-Centered Design, Information Visualization, Global User Research, and Usability Evaluation strengthened analytical, creative, and prototyping skills. Applied these methods to create accessible, data-informed interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement across diverse digital platforms.
M.S., Professional & Technical Communication — NJIT
Studied usability, human factors, and information design through courses including Elements of Visual Design, Advanced Online Design, Evaluation of Hypertext, and Web-Based Training Design. Integrated clear communication principles with human-centered documentation and instructional materials that promote accessibility, consistency, and engagement across learning experiences.
